Instagram Adds Multi-Account Support for Android and iOS apps

The people behind Instagram has just announced the addition of a very important new feature for both Android and iOS application, multi-account support.

With the new feature, Instagram users will be able to switch between their accounts on Instagram in a quick and comfortable way.

If you have more than one Instagram accounts, you can now add as many as you want on your way to your profile settings where a new option that will allow you to create an additional account.

All you have to do is make sure you add different photos to your profile, so that you can easily tell which one you are currently using at any given time.

“Starting this week, you can switch quickly and easily between multiple accounts on Instagram. To do so, simply go to your profile settings to add an additional account. From there, tap your username at the top of your account to switch accounts.

Please note that this feature is only available for Instagram version 7.15 and higher, but if you already have the updated application and still can not switch accounts, you will have to wait because this is a change that developers have to do on the server side.

If you do not have the application yet, you can download Instagram for Android free from Google Play Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices running its Android 4.0 and higher.

For iOS users, the application can be downloaded for free from the App Store. It should operate smoothly on all devices running iOS 7.0 or later.
